Mildred Elley, a private multi campus institution, is seeking a part-time Biology/General Science/Math Specialist for the Center for Student Support and Professionalism at its Manhattan campus. The faculty and staff of Mildred Elley have a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, focusing on academic improvements, student service improvements, and accreditation and compliance improvements.
Job Description: The Specialist position was designed to support tutoring in the following classes: Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, Basic Math, General Sciences and helping students with soft skills. The Specialist will work with students individually and in groups. The Specialist will also recruit, train, and evaluate peer tutors and onsite peer tutors.

Requirements/Required & Preferred Credentials:
· Bachelor in Biology or Anatomy/Physiology major, Math minor
· Prior experience managing centers and working with at-risk populations a plus
Commensurate based on experience.
